Angel Light has an entire room dedicated to Smudging and Cleansing supplies.  Smudge is a natural way to eliminate odors, clear away any negative energies, and build a protective shield around your physical body and the space you are occupying.  Smudging also adds a natural fragrance to the air. It is said that in Mid-evil times, the popes would sit in the smoke of fires that would kill the fleas that carried the black plague.

There are many kinds of sage that can be purchased.  Among the most popular are White Sage, Cedar Sage, Flower Sage and Palo Santo Sage, which is a wood sage that comes from Brazil and is considered to be very sacred and extremely purifying.
